Terms and conditions

  • Sizing –  to choose the correct size, please refer to sizing guide. To ensure we send you the correct size to fit and last, it is highly recommeneded that you add your basic measurements ( Bust, hip band and hip – widest parts) in the order notes section (top right of basket).
  • If for any reason you’re not 100% happy with your order, you may request a refund, (provided measurements were submitted)  Returns and exchanges to be received by us, within 7 working days of your receipt of your order,  no exceptions. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached, un worn, and unwashed.
  • Sorry but we are unable to refund original postage and packaging or returns postage. Goods are returned at your own expense. Please obtain a “Proof Of Posting” by returning your parcel with either a registration or tracking number as we can not be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit on return to us. It is your responsibility to let us know when to expect the return, items are your responsibility until received back by us. In order to serve you better we would like to know the reasons for your return/exchange.
  • We try to ensure that the website is always updated with stock availability. In the event that a style or colour is out of stock, we will notify you when new stock is expected or advise you of an alternative style or colour. Should no replacement be acceptable, a part refund will be paid to you, no exceptions.
  • Refunds are subject to all fields completed at check out, INCLUDING basic measurements added to order notes.
  • Refunds are paid directly into your account. Postage/delivery costs for returns/exchanges are at your own expense. Refunds are processed and paid in 2 – 3 working days upon receipt by us.
  • By ticking ‘I have read and agree to the websites terms and conditions’ on completion of the checkout process, you understand that you are entitled to a refund only on condition your personal measurements are added to the order form on checkout.
